1. Hut. This includes use of kitchen,toilets and main hall, not the two rooms at rear of the building, entry to these are restricted.
2. Grounds. Refers to the area of grass immediately in front of the buildings not the wooded area or the area to the rear of the building, these are out of bounds, as well as all areas not mentioned.
3. All rubbish must be removed from the hut and site at the time of hire and both hut and site left in a clean and safe condition.
4. On vacation of the hut all lighting, heaters and electrical appliances must be turned off and the water turned off at the mains stop tap, and all gas cylinders removed from hut.
5. All breakages or damage to the premises or property belonging to 1st Wells Sea Scout Group or it's members that occurred during or deemed to have occurred during the the period of hire be it by the hirer or any other person or persons on site at the time is the responsibility of the hirer and must be paid for.
6. 1st Wells Sea Scout Group does not accept any liability for damage, loss or injury to persons or personal property at any time during the hire period or whilst entering or leaving the site.
7. 1st Wells Sea Scout Group reserve the right to refuse or cancel the hire without prior notice or reason or at anytime to ask the hut or site to be vacated.
